BeetleBus

Now THAT's my kind of car! Van. BeetleBus. Whatever. I've seen this van around Burlington maybe 2 years ago, and been meaning to get a picture of it. I didn't think it would happen at a gas station in Randolph, one hour away from Burlington. Amazing how natural it looks to have a beetle on top of a bus. Somehow I don't think an Escort on top of a Club Wagon would have quite the same effect.

Very intriguing. If you look at the picture too casually, you almost assume the Bettle on top is something in the background, poking up from behind the bus. I didn't notice it was part of the bus (even despite the same color) until I read your comments. Groovy!

Hi Andy
I think this is like an award winning photo. Grey surroundings and bright red vehicle! Eneter it to smithsonian mag!

Wow! Thanks! I really just got out of my car and pointed my Kodak Easyshare and clicked! But it does go to show its less about fancy equipment and more about angle and light and other photography jargon that I don't know anything about. :-)
