Up On the Roof
The foot-deep snow here is left over from the last storm, which was about 2 feet but George and I shoveled it off after about 1 foot. Today I shoveled off the rest, plus the fresh stuff that just fell today.
Below: Next I need to climb up on the upper roof and shovel that off. That was easier because it was scraped clean after the last storm:
The ole' sailboat is hanging in there in the back yard:
The White Whale as seen from above. Notice the "for sale" sign in the window. More on that soon:
This little porch roof got a little bit of damage after the last storm. Snow came sliding down the main roof onto it, and dislodged it slightly from the house. Will need to address that when warm weather comes:
